What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payment details are handled by Shopify and never reach us.

When you browse, we collect the usual technical information (pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address) and set a small number of cookies so your cart works and so we can tell which of our own pages brought you here.

Who it is shared with

Shopify, which runs our checkout and stores order records. Australia Post, which gets your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel. Our analytics provider, which sees page views but not your name. Our email provider, which sends order confirmations and replies to your messages.

We don’t sell your information to anyone, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and returns. Browsing data is kept for 12 months.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@sterivial.com.au. We will respond within 1 business day and act within 10. Deleting an order record is not possible while a return or tax obligation is open, but we will tell you when it can be done.
