These terms cover orders placed on sterivial.com.au. The seller is Sterivial. You can reach us at info@sterivial.com.au.

We accept orders for delivery within Australia only. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

We sell consumables only. We don’t sell medicines and don’t give advice on treatment or dosing. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Follow the instructions of your prescriber or pharmacist.

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you within 1 business day and refund that item in full.

Shipping and returns are covered on their own pages, which form part of these terms.

This doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
