Shipping

We ship from Bondi, NSW to Australian addresses only, with Australia Post.

Orders placed before 2pm Sydney time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Sydney time, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.

Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Below that it is a flat $9.95.

Every parcel goes out in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email info@sterivial.com.au with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

This doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
